Usually, we have presentations on Asian culture and try different snacks during club meetings. However, we try to make the club as fun as possible by offering many activities for our members to enjoy! Here are some of our special events that we have hosted in the past / future plans: - Spicy ramen eating contest -Club field trips to Asian museums and restaurants (like dimsum!) - Teaching different Asian languages - Squid Game event and Jeopardy - Hosting district-wide events - Learning about current events and discussing our thoughts

We meet Mondays at 3:00 in room 134 (located in the language hallway by the cafeteria on the first floor).

Typically, club meetings which consist of student-made presentations will take around 20-ish minutes. The time and date of special events will be notified to members.

If you find that you have to leave early, please exit the classroom discretely! (This means not to disrupt the presenter, who took time out of their day to create a slideshow and had courage to speak to an audience.) Otherwise, we would wish that you not leave mid-meeting without reason because it can be considered disrespectful. Presenters who have to leave early should notify the presidents who will discuss a solution with you.

Club members are welcome to join and leave as they please--there is no requirement for attendance. However, if you want to run for a position next year or want to attend our field trips, we keep track of attendance and participation so make sure you are coming to our meetings! For the new people joining ACE, we highly encourage you to stay for at least a few meetings before you decide ACE isn't for you since every meeting we do something different and fun. We also hold special events where anyone is allowed to visit, regardless of whether one is a commited member or not.
